I seem to remember the honda accord of similar vintage (90-93) also used LEDs as the 3rd brake light, I could be wrong.

No idea on LEDs for the taillights, I feel like it would be something fairly recent (within the last 10 years) unless it was some limited production exotic or something.

Probably. You can get an XXL seat, which is not actually as big as it sounds but I know some big boys that can fit in them. If you are over 200lbs, or maybe even 180 though, you may have trouble meeting minimum weight which would put you at a disadvantage.
