it is hard to get a picture of the rear of a car (any car, tbh) on google. all i saw was the butt. no google, i do not want pics of the front or side quarters, that doesn't help! That's common parlance in RWD vehicle circles. i'm sure it is (it was a truck). but the common aaa employee won't know what he means and will have to ask even more questions to figure out wtf he means. But they should. i would like for all my co-workers (in this office and the rest) to be competent...

some guy at work (aaa) told me today his "rear end blew". turns out he meant his differential. may need better wording in the future, dude. i guessed brakes then diff...but a lesser smart co worker (one who thought a chevy ram was a thing) won't know what you mean.
