That is actually very relevant to my interests. I do need to re-curve my distributor advance. However, my mention of ignition timing was as a possible explanation for what may be faulty signal to the tachometer...and I don't see anything in there that would relate to that issue. 1998 civic ex. I need to get some pictures of her to throw up on the site. 215,xxx miles has a short ram intake and will have a skunk2 intake manifold when I get around to installing it, just need to buy the gasket.

I was poking around and cant believe I forgot about you guys, I guess real life stuff sucks up alot of your...well you know...life...

my honda uses a honda transmission. my old mazda truck used a mazda transmission, but whats interesting about that is that its the same transmission they used in the old FC RX-7's with slightly different 4th and 5th ratios.

...Most importantly, this is the first Buick in a LONG time that has been offered with a manual transmission... I honestly can't even remember when a Buick was offered with a manual transmission. Maybe back in the 50s or 60s? Back in the days of 3-speed and 4-speed manuals? I'm pretty sure no Buick...

perhaps one day they will make a steering wheel that isn't physically connected to the steering column but still rotates it as such (electromagnetics?) so the "spokes" never hit your hand they just glide through them
