Hey I need some tips for clutchless shifting. I can pop the shifter out of gear easily but the only problem is getting it into the next gear. I was wondering if you guys had any tips on how to do this. Is there certain rpm's I should shift at? My rpm's also seem to hang quite a bit.

Yeah I've learned to do that for winter driving but I prefer to launch from 1.
