It was -15* out of the wind today in WI. When I started the car and got over the belt squeel for the first few seconds, I moved around the shifter. It was like mixing batter in a 5 gallon bucket. Also - for fun - it decided to pop out of reverse twice. I couldn't get it all the way... So I know what...

On some of my sites on dreamhost, I have the same problem. It really appears to be the overhead in mysql connections and queries across their internal network. They deny it - but whatever - I'm pretty familiar with it. Nothing ss can really do about it - except move to a new host - and Dreamhost is ...

I have a little bit of jerking between first and second too - working on fixing this through practice of course. I've only had mine for 2000 miles though. I got lazy a few times and didn't run it all the way down to the floor - but never again. You can hear a tiny bit of scrape if you listen really ...

We have a ton of those on a lot of our medium sized roads. The thing is, no old soccer ma has learned how to navigate them in drivers' ed. I swear I cannot handle them anymore - no one uses their blinkers or anything - they just assume that their car is bigger, they win. Oh... and we've had two acci...

I don't know what the official 'feel' from the rest of the forum guys are... but I've known some people to hook up a cheap 'car computer' to the obd2 connector. Then depending on whatever setup, some have a tachometer on there (as well as load, mpg, etc... possibly). Easier to mount usually - yet ki...

No racing anytime soon :) I just needed some pointers because people here drive like lunatics (alot of slush bmw's that like to just mash on the pedal whenever they have a second) and I like to get out of their way. I tried it a little more on a back road today and I'm still getting one little jerk ...
